Sponsor and Exhibitor timeline
- All priority placement for sponsor level booths in the exhibition are subject to applications to exhibit by sponsor organisations prior to 31 October 2025.
- All applications to exhibit received beyond 16 November 2025 will be confirmed booth positions at the date of application irrespective of sponsorship level.
Congress format – face-to-face
All partner program sessions/workshops/symposia and the exhibition delegate tracking is managed by app-based QR-codes on the name badges for physical attendees.
All delegate data shared with third-party sponsors and exhibitors is GDPR compliant and provided only at the delegate’s consent.
All delegate information available to sponsors and exhibitors is limited to name, title, organisation, state, country and email address.
