Exhibition space will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis, with priority given to Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors until the priority window closes on 15 November 2025. From 16 November 2025 onwards, all exhibition space will be allocated based on availability at the time of application. The venue floor plan is available here.
