The mentoring session is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of and engage with young professionals within the industry. This social event is for all for all early careers (students and young professionals) to meet professionals from companies, research institutes, and universities in aeronautics all over the world. Your company will receive the following entitlements:
- Logo and acknowledgement against all promotion and mention of the gala dinner, including a profile on the congress website
- The sponsor may provide a freestanding banner which will be positioned in a prominent location at the mentoring location (maximum size 2m high x 1m wide).
- Opportunities to invite mentors or mentees, (4) additional exhibition registrations
Welcome Reception

The welcome reception is a fantastic opportunity for delegates, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors to network in a relaxed social environment. Your company will receive the following entitlements:
- Logo and acknowledgement against all promotion and mention of the welcome reception, including a profile on the congress website
- Logo included on significant signage at the opening of the exhibition hall to acknowledge support for the welcome reception
- Inclusion of your promotional banner in 1x social program EDM as part of pre-congress promotion of the welcome reception
- Inclusion in 2x social media posts (all ICAS 2026 congress managed channels) in the final two weeks to the congress dates co-promoting the dinner and partnership

Congress Banquet

The Congress Banquet is one of the highest-profile social events at the ICAS Congress, which informally closes the Congress and is a valuable networking platform. The sponsorship is exclusive and will include:
- Logo and acknowledgement against all promotion and mention of the congress banquet, including a profile on the congress website
- Logo included on significant signage to acknowledge support for the congress banquet
- Inclusion of your promotional banner in 1x social program EDM as part of pre-congress promotion of the welcome reception
