Delegates lounge

The welcome reception is a fantastic opportunity for delegates, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors to network in a relaxed social environment. Your company will receive the following entitlements:
- The ICAS 2026 lounge is an integral part of the experience for delegates, and features in-exhibition barista coffee as part of this high-traffic free-use area for all attendees.
- Prominent inclusion of your organisation logo with the lounge area build and signage
- Design can also include integration of a partner provided QR-code to link to existing campaigns. Build and design elements integrating the partner’s logo/QR-code are subject to mutual approval pre-build between the sponsor and the congress secretariat
- Logo and acknowledgement on congress website and delegate resources as the delegate lounge area partner
Barista lounge
Two opportunities

Power up ICAS delegates with a dedicated barista lounge that serves “the good stuff”. Fuel attendees’ energy while creating a vibrant hub for engagement and brand exposure.
- Sponsor branding incorporated into the barista lounge signage.
- Option to provide branded barista aprons or hats, coffee cups and napkins at the sponsors own expense.
- Sponsor to be recognised as a barista lounge sponsor throughout the event.
- Barista lounge to be placed, subject to space availability, near the sponsor’s exhibition booth.
Catering station
one sponsor per day

With a limited number of dedicated catering stations implemented at ICAS, this is a unique chance for brand positioning within the exhibition catering breaks. Sponsors are allocated brand positioning across all catering stations for the day.
- Sponsor logo will be incorporated into physical signage at entry to three lunch buffets for the chosen day
- Sponsor logo against all mentions of selected lunch, including special dietary stations such as Gluten Free and Vegetarian
- Logo mentioned on conference program against Lunch as the Catering Station sponsor for the chosen day
Water sponsor

ICAS SYDNEY 2026 is going green. In order to limit the use of plastic, all delegates will receive plastic-free water glasses and will have access to free water within the exhibition and in key areas near the meeting room sessions. Wayfinding on the app will guide delegates to these locations.
- Branding via organiser signage and own pull-up banner
- Enhanced branding can be achieved by supplying own branded empty water bottles at own cost, or organiser can arrange on behalf at cost.
- Logo and acknowledgement on congress website and delegate resources as the water sponsor.
Charging lounge

Delegate lanyards
